Job summary

Trillium Professional in Milpitas, CA, seeks an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role is temp-to-hire with some travel to a sister site in Fremont, CA, and hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay rate ranges from $40 to $50 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll & timekeeping, and offboarding, with emphasis on top talent acquisition for hourly and salaried roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• ITAR compliance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Serve as HR resource for policies, benefits, employee relations, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, attendance issues, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data for hires, terminations, and other actions.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes, timecards, attendance, and changes.
• Administer benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate employee training and support performance reviews and development.
• Handle separations, resignations, exits, and offboarding.
