Job summary

Miller Electric, an ITW company, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Precision Welding Solutions Division. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, engagement, and organizational development to shape the employee experience.

You will partner with managers, support talent acquisition, coordinate onboarding, and help drive wellness programs and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations including employee relations and onboarding.
• Support talent acquisition and ensure engaging onboarding experiences.
• Coordinate wellness program initiatives and wellness events.
• Develop and implement HR policies, training, and organizational development initiatives.
