Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring an HR Admin generalist to administer daily HR functions and support payroll, benefits, and compliance.

You will perform safety, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations and engagement tasks while utilizing Workday and other HRIS systems. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred and you will operate in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or related experience.
• Generalist activities across safety, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, employee relations, engagement and payroll.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, safety and wellness programs.
• Support continuous improvement within HR to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Utilize Workday, TCP, and other HRIS to administer payroll, status changes and related transactions.
• Assist in FMLA, disability and other leaves of absence programs.
• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with applicable labor laws.
• Promote open communication and be accessible for employee questions and counsel.
• Maintain professional affiliations and participate in development activities for compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily HR department functions.
• Conduct HR activities across safety, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and payroll.
• Assist with benefits communication and enrollment; collaborate with related departments.
• Support continuous improvement in HR processes and identify gaps.
• Use Workday, TCP, and HRIS to manage payroll, status changes, and attendance.
• Assist in FMLA, disability, and other leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Foster open door communication and provide employee counsel as needed.
• Maintain professional affiliations and participate in ongoing development.
• Perform other duties as assigned; manufacturing experience preferred.
