About the Role
The HR Generalist - Integrations plays a key role in welcoming newly acquired businesses and employees into Milestone Funeral Partners. You'll support the people‑related aspects of acquisitions from pre‑close preparation through employees' first 90 days with Milestone, with a particular focus on compensation analysis, onboarding, onsite integration activities, and post‑close HR support.
Working closely with Human Resources, Integrations, Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, IT, and other partners, you'll help ensure employee transitions are accurate, organized, welcoming, and consistent with Milestone's culture and practices.
This is a highly hands‑on role for an HR professional who is analytical, exceptionally organized, comfortable working with employee data, and confident building relationships with employees and leaders during periods of change. The position is hybrid with frequent travel throughout the United States, up to approximately 75% depending on acquisition activity.
