Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Human Resources, business, or management and five years of HR experience or equivalent.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and staffing for the Adult Rehabilitation Center.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee benefits, relations, and policy interpretation in compliance with laws.
• Maintain HR records, payroll data, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in administering the Food Stamp program and related records as needed.
