Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of HR or HR-related administrative experience.
• One or more years of Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
• Experience providing customer service, consultation, or support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
• Administer and support employee lifecycle processes and HR transactions, including maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Provide accurate and timely HR support on employee relations, performance, leave, benefits, and other employment policies.
• Other related duties as required.
