KC Current is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and execute core HR functions in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This role focuses on recruiting for high-volume and part-time roles while delivering day-to-day HR support and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate will be polished, hands-on, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities while delivering a high-quality employee and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Extensive recruiting experience across high-volume and entry-level roles.
• Experience supporting part-time, hourly, or event-based workforces.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting with emphasis on high-volume, entry-level, and part-time roles.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines (community outreach, job fairs, networking).
• Develop and manage recruiting programs, including career fairs and internships/early talent initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and improve outcomes.
• Provide a strong, consistent candidate experience.
• Own HR processes for part-time/event-based workforce: staffing, onboarding, readiness, and communication.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliant, organized workflows.
• Administer compliance training and coordinate development initiatives.
• Support compensation benchmarking, job descriptions and pay structure.
• Track HR metrics and assist process improvements.
