KMC Stampings in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions and partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee engagement.

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will strengthen the employee experience, manage performance reviews, ensure HR policy compliance, and help attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS and ATS experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles.
• Partner with managers on staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Source candidates via networks and job boards.
• Build relationships with schools and communities to identify candidates.
• Support retention and employee experience initiatives.
• Oversee the performance review process for consistency and compliance.
• Support HR initiatives and organizational programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
