Job description

Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services.

Position Summary :

The HR Generalist is responsible for full onboarding process after hire, compliance, and reporting, Provides support to the HR department to include reception of employees, employee relations, light data entry, new employee processing, participation in employee retention activities and other duties as appropriate. Maintains HRIS System and employee files to ensure compliance with hospital regulations. Position regularly must exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance related to assigned functions. Position reports to department director and actions on behalf of director in that person's absence.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1-3 years experience Full cycle HR

Preferred Requirements :

  • 3 + years experience
  • Associates Degree
  • Experience in Healthcare
