Mountain Vista Medical Center is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This role requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
Mountain Vista Medical Center is a -bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive healthcare services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services.
The HR Generalist is responsible for the full onboarding process after hire, compliance, and reporting. Provides support to the HR department, including reception of employees, employee relations, light data entry, new employee processing, participation in employee retention activities, and other duties as appropriate. Maintains HRIS System and employee files to ensure compliance with hospital regulations. The position regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance related to assigned functions. Reports to the department director and acts on their behalf in their absence.
