Job summary

Vaco is seeking an HR Generalist (bilingual Spanish required) to support a large onsite workforce in Carson, CA. This role focuses on employee relations, leave administration, HR compliance, and employee support across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, is fluent in English and Spanish, and demonstrates strong organization and communication skills. LOA administration, HR compliance, and ADP experience are a plus.

Compensation:$27/hr-$34/hr
