Job summary

Techflex® in Sparta Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, including hiring, benefits administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, HR Certification, and at least 2 years of related experience, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus. Techflex® offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; HR Certification preferred.
• Two years of related HR experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain and apply HR policies and laws to employees and managers.
• Maintain employment records and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, and candidate selection processes.
• Administer benefits and assist with leaves and policy inquiries.
• Support training, compliance, and HR initiatives.
