Job summary

The Royal Group is seeking an HR Generalist at MaxPak in Lakeland, FL. You will support benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding for a diverse workforce.

This role requires a proactive approach, knowledge of federal and state laws, and strong communication with employees and managers. As part of MaxPak, you will help maintain HRIS records, run reports, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with background checks and I-9 verification.
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting.
• Provide guidance on policies and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
