Tyson Foods in Waterloo, IA seeks an HR Generalist to partner with business teams on HR programs, provide day-to-day guidance, and support talent development and retention. The role emphasizes change management, policy guidance, and collaboration with People Operations and CoE.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 2+ years in an HRBP environment, with strong communication and analytical skills. Relocation assistance and a B shift are included.
This position will partner with respective business teams to implement and administer HR programs in various areas, including talent management support, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee retention. Additionally, it will collaborate with other HR functions like People Operations and the HR Centers of Expertise. This position will serve as the first line of support for day-to-day inquiries from team members and assist in coaching and guiding on routine matters. The HRGeneralistshould be a highly customer-centric individual with a bias towards change and the ability to assist in propelling team success.
Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm; Saturday's will vary based on production
