UniSea is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist – Travel to join our HR team in Redmond, WA. Primary focus: assist with employee travel, flight bookings, hotels, and travel options, while supporting hiring, onboarding, and data management during non-peak travel.

The role requires travel to Anchorage and Dutch Harbor during peak periods. You will coordinate travel for Alaska-based employees, de-escalate issues, and liaise with travel partners, airports, and vendors to ensure smooth, compliant

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience is required.
• Two years of travel coordination, HR, or recruiting experience preferred, including Alaska travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel for Alaska-based employees including flights, hotels, and transport.
• Oversee travel bookings by HR team to ensure coordination and tracking.
• Assist with onboarding, interviewing, and hiring processes as needed.
