Job summary

Mountaire is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations for both hourly and salaried employees at the Millsboro, Delaware plant. The role includes handling employee relations, engagement, onboarding support, audits, and compliance follow-up.

The position requires collaboration with HR leadership, operations, ERMs and other HR teammates to ensure timely completion of HR tasks and consistent employee follow-up, with the HR presence maintained as positive and compliant across the site.

Responsibilities

• Partners with HR leadership, operations, ERMs, HR Assistants, Retention, and other HR team members to ensure consistent completion of HR tasks, audits, onboarding support, and employee follow-up.
• Backs up HR-related functions as needed and helps maintain a positive, compliant HR presence across the plant.
