Omnicom Production is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide mid-level operational support to the HR Generalist team. As a member of the HR team, you will work collaboratively with HR Directors, business leaders and cross-functional HR teams to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative HR professional with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. This individual will support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, HR programs, and special projects while building strong relationships with employees and business leaders across the organization.
The Salary for this role is $67K-$83K
This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in New York or Chicago
2+ years of practical work experience, preferably in Human Resources. Working knowledge of general HR practices, policies, and services. Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong follow-through and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to changing business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems or related technology preferred $67K-$83K
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in‑office days are directed by their agency or manager.
