Ventek Solutions, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist for our Shelbyville, KY manufacturing plant. The role is onsite five days a week and focuses on providing comprehensive HR and safety program support to plant management.
You will lead employee engagement activities, coordinate staffing with Talent Acquisition, manage payroll and timekeeping, and maintain HR documentation while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in our Shelbyville, KY manufacturing plant.
Summary: The HR Generalist is an essential partner to our Shelbyville, KY Operations team and will provide comprehensive HR and Safety program support to plant management. The role is onsite five days a week. The role will primarily support the Shelbyville plant, but will also lead and provide support with Ventek HR-related projects as needed.
