Hi-Lex Controls is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Corporate HR team in recruitment, payroll coordination for the Hazel Park-Michigan plant, and as a backup for salary payroll. The role spans payroll, HRIS, and employee relations across departments.

The HR Generalist supports the Corporate HR team by assisting with various human resources functions, including recruitment, data management and compliance tasks. This role also handles payroll coordination for hourly associates for our Hazel Park - Michigan plant location, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Additionally, the HR Generalist serves as a reliable backup for salary payroll. This role helps keep operations running smoothly across multiple HR functions.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required.
