We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for Human Resources activities including recruitment, selection, placement, employee orientation, training, and development. The HR Generalist will maintain staff files, perform various human‑resources related issues and programs, and implement HR policies, procedures, programs, and systems as directed by the HR Director, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee activities, and systems. The HR Generalist will ensure policies are administered within federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
License: Valid Driver's License required.
Experience: One to Three (1-3) years of related work experience required; Three to Five (3-5) years preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills; moderate to high level computer proficiency.
