We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for Human Resources activities including recruitment, selection, placement, employee orientation, training, and development. Maintain staff files. This person will also perform various human resources related issues and programs including implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and systems as directed by HR Director, i.e., compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee activities and systems. The HR Generalist will ensure policies are administered within federal and state laws and regulations.
