Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for Human Resources activities including recruitment, selection, placement, employee orientation, training, and development. Maintain staff files. This person will also perform various human resources related issues and programs including implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and systems as directed by HR Director, i.e., compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee activities and systems. The HR Generalist will ensure policies are administered within federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and manages the onboarding program for new hires
  • Conducts pre-employment checks on all new hires per licensing standards and policies
  • Verifies education and professional licenses
  • Completes full cycle recruiting including sourcing and recruiting top talent, screening applications, and determining if applicant meets qualifiications
  • Prepares and manages various human resource records and spreadsheets, including employee files
  • Aids HR Director in the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures in accordance with the appropriate State, Federal and Joint Commission statues, regulations, and standards
