• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations across remote work locations
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside employee engagement programs
• Manage benefits administration and act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries

Key Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end HR programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and compensation cycles
• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues, provide coaching, and ensure fair policy application
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate people analytics reports to inform talent strategy
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations across remote work locations
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside employee engagement programs

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment
• Working knowledge of US employment law, payroll processing, and benefits administration
• Proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse)
• High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification and experience scaling remote-first teams
