Purple is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees across Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Communications, and HR Business Partnerships. You’ll balance recruiting coordination, engagement programming, and HRBP-style consultation, gaining visibility across the HR function and owning programs you touch.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and a collaborative, discreet approach in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation target for this role is: $63,800 - $75,000
The HR Generalist is a key partner in bringing Purple’s people strategy to life, supporting the full employee experience from hire to retire. Sitting at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Communications, and HR Business Partnership, this role helps managers and employees navigate everyday HR needs while keeping our culture of curiosity, collaboration, and care front and center. You’ll balance recruiting coordination, engagement programming, and HRBP-style consultation, giving you visibility across the entire HR function and real ownership over the programs you touch. This role reports into the HR team and works cross-functionally with leaders throughout the business, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on relationship-building, and wants their work to directly shape what it feels like to work at Purple.
