Culligan Ultrapure is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while providing payroll backup. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with General Managers and the HR team to support employees throughout their experience with us.

You will manage applicant tracking, coordinate new hire paperwork, train on UKG and benefits enrollment, advise managers, and help with performance management, safety, and culture initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years HR experience.
• Strong written English and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Advise managers on employee situations and performance management.
• Partner on employee relations including investigations and compensation adjustments.
• Support compliance and safety with OSHA reporting and regulation requirements.
• Coordinate 30-60-90 day reviews and contribute to culture strategies.

As our HR Generalist, you’ll support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while providing payroll backup. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll partner with General Managers and the HR team to support employees throughout their experience with us.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard: Manage applicant tracking system postings, partner on candidate selection, ensure complete new hire documentation, and provide UKG and benefit enrollment training.
• Advise managers: Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee situations.
• Performance Management: Consult with managers on performance management and corrective action.
• Partner on employee relations: Support General Managers with employee concerns, performance improvement plans, and compensation adjustments; assist HR and leadership with investigations.
• Support compliance and safety: Assist with federal and state regulatory requirements, OSHA reporting, and safety incident documentation; oversee the Affi... annual reports.
• Strengthen the employee experience: Coordinate 30-60-90-day reviews, contribute to culture strategies, and complete other duties aligned with business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least two years of HR experience.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft 365; related training or certifications.
• Communication and judgment: Strong written English, clear and concise communication, excellent customer interaction skills, discretion, and complete confidentiality.
• Organization and teamwork: Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, solve problems independently, and demonstrate leadership and team-building skills.
