HR Generalist

LOCATION Fort Worth, Texas | Hybrid

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $65,000-75,000 annually
• Full-time
• Hybrid work schedule
• W-2 employment

JOB DUTIES

• Manage payroll processing accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Administer employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, status changes, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Support recruitment efforts through job posting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate selection support.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, policy administration, and employee development initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support employee engagement, training, wellness, and recognition programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADP, employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
