TLD is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary liaison between employees and the corporate office, ensuring payroll validation, HR record maintenance, and training delivery at our Eau Claire site.
The role partners with regional HR Managers and the HR Director to ensure compliant, high-performance HR practices, including EH&S training and supplier coordination. A Bachelor's in HR and 3+ years in HR are preferred, with PHR/SHRM-CP encouraged.

The HR Generalist serves as the primary liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture at TLD Wollard. This role validates payroll from the central office, supports employees with their questions and issues, upkeeps HR records, and organizes and delivers training activities — including Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs. The HRBP also serves as office coordinator and partners with regional HR Managers and the group HR Director to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across the site.
