Job summary

Target, a leading retailer, is hiring a Human Resources Expert to champion guest-centric service and people strategies in-store. You will engage with teams, help recruit and train staff, and support scheduling and HR processes to ensure a smooth operation.

The role requires a proactive, people-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. ADA accommodations are available during the application process.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with guests and assisting team members.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, physical retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, and assist with needs or issues.
• Help guests find items, resolve issues, and thank them sincerely.
• Support team members and peers with a positive attitude.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to hire candidates and assist training needs.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
