Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in Spokane to support store teams with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll practices. You will partner with HR leaders to address staffing needs, ensure compliance, and drive guest-focused service across the store.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends as needed. Training and development are emphasized as part of your growth at Target.
