Job summary

Target is hiring a Human Resources Expert at our Stow, OH store to support store leaders and team members with staffing, scheduling, and compliance. You will help recruit, train, and apply HR programs that keep guests first and teams engaged.

You will collaborate with store leadership to anticipate staffing needs, enforce safety policies, and ensure fair processing of employee relations while delivering an inclusive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding federal, state and local employment laws.
• Using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs.
• Effectively using scheduling software.
