Job summary

National Grid seeks four Employee Services Associate 2 positions in Syracuse, NY. These temporary roles last up to six months and pay $30.03 per hour. Under supervision, you will handle HR inquiries, maintain employee records, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior experience in HR Business Services or Employee Services preferred.
• AAS Degree or 60 hours toward BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with clear explanations.
• Process transactions and updates to employee records (onboarding, transfers, separations).
• Create/manage/resolve incidents in designated case management system.
• Generate reports and scan/handle documents for HR operations.
