Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support field leadership with associate relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. This role collaborates with Regional and District Leaders to maintain compliant, fair practices and a positive workplace culture across stores.

Responsibilities include creating HR policies, guiding on benefits and regulations, conducting investigations, supporting talent reviews, and delivering leadership training.

Qualifications

• Experience in associate relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate policy clearly across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Guide managers on benefits, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Lead investigations and advise on corrective actions.
• Support store-level talent activities and succession planning.
• Deliver training and development for supervisors and leaders.
