Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in HR leadership roles.
• Experience supporting multi-location healthcare/dental organizations preferred.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR operations for a multi-specialty dental organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Partner with executives to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, coaching, and discipline.
