This highly visible leadership role partners with operations to shape workforce strategy across locations, blending HR leadership, labor relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead an HR team, drive talent planning, succession, employee relations, and compensation processes, and oversee union-related programs and collective bargaining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner and with labor relations.
• HR certifications a plus; experience with unionized workforces helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR leader for operations and leadership teams.
• Partner on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and HR strategy.
• Lead labor relations and collective bargaining administration.
