Job summary

Concord Hospitality seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions and partner with the General Manager as a key Executive Committee member. You will drive staffing, development, compliance, and a positive workplace culture across Concord’s portfolio.

You will oversee recruitment, policy enforcement, employee relations, and training while ensuring legal compliance and data accuracy in HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality HR leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and lead with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies, objectives, and workforce plans aligned with hotel and company goals, including budgeting, staffing, and labor management.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Partner with hotel leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture and act as trusted advisor to associates and managers.
• Administer and enforce HR policies, performance management, corrective actions, and employee relations programs with fairness and consistency.
• Oversee training and development initiatives, including leadership development and compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR records/HRIS data.
• Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, compensation benchmarking, and safety programs.
