Job summary

Unigen in Newark, CA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the company’s HR strategy, partner with senior leaders on growth, and guide talent acquisition and succession planning.

This full-time role requires 10+ years HR leadership, manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of California employment law. You will drive performance, compliance, compensation, benefits, and digital HR transformation to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Manufacturing experience required; EMS or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience leading organizational change, talent development, and performance management.
