Qualifications

  • Monitor mainframe/mid-frame systems to identify performance gaps and optimize OS efficiency.
  • Investigate systems issues and bridge communication between operational and product teams.
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document end-to-end processes using MS Visio or Murals for current/future states.
  • Manage HR data hygiene cases with root-cause analysis.
  • Execute data corrections in HR systems based on validated reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to test systems during enhancements.
  • Support administrative projects and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.

What will you do?
  • Monitor mainframe/mid-frame systems to identify performance gaps and optimize operating system efficiency
  • Investigate systems issues and bridge communication between operational and product teams
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Document processes end-to-end using MS Visio or Murals for current and future states
  • Manage data hygiene cases by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving HR data quality issues with root cause analysis
  • Execute data corrections directly in HR systems based on validated reports and approved initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and test systems during enhancements
  • Support administrative projects and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and preventive measures

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
