Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced privacy oversight leader to guide workforce privacy governance within the HR and Employee Experience Chief Data Office.

You will direct major privacy initiatives, manage data breach responses, and monitor evolving laws while promoting a culture of privacy. Responsibilities include developing governance documentation, implementing privacy controls, and delivering privacy training across HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience in data management, project management, business systems consulting, or related occupation.
• Master's degree plus 5 years of experience in data management, product management, business systems consulting, or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee privacy governance for workforce data within HR and the Chief Data Office.
• Lead privacy program development and incident response efforts across HR data processing.
• Monitor emerging privacy laws and regulatory changes and conduct regulatory assessments.
• Develop and steward privacy governance documentation and controls.
