Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 1 year of Workday and UKG experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data in UKG and Workday with accurate employee records.
• Manage onboarding, including background checks and I-9.
• Process terminations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Serve as main HR contact for field managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with I-9s, licenses, and certifications.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Compliance on initiatives.
