Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform workforce data into strategic insights and partner with HR leadership across the organization. This on-site role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and reporting to inform talent strategies and business outcomes.

You will work with HR leadership, leverage Oracle Fusion Analytics and other HRIS tools, and contribute to workforce analytics, governance, and training to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, HR, business administration, statistics, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Three or more years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, workforce reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Experience working with enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and executive-level presentations using reporting or BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Design, develop, and automate HR dashboards and reports for leadership and executives.
• Translate data into insights for workforce planning, talent management, and compliance.
• Partner with HR leaders to understand business needs and deliver analytics solutions.
• Support HR audits and regulatory reporting and ensure data governance and quality across systems.
