Sinclair, Inc. seeks a skilled FDI Administrator & Developer to maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, design reports and dashboards, and support HR/Payroll analytics enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Expert-level understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll analytics within FDI, including data pipelines and semantic models.
• Strong background in data warehouse concepts, ETL, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, including semantic models, reports, dashboards, and FDI customizations.
• Manage FDI ERP/HCM implementations, including data migrations, quality, integrations, and third-party apps.
• Administer users, groups, roles, and data access in the FDI environment.
