IOM GLOBAL OFFICE WASHINGTON DC is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR systems data, and support payroll processing. You will develop dashboards, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy across WAVE, PRISM/Oracle, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and a background in HR data management within international organizations.

Competenze

• Experience with international humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
• Experience maintaining HR trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting is required.
• Experience with Power BI or a similar BI platform is required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities across HR functions.
• Process payroll data and maintain HR systems data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
