Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a customer support professional for an onsite contract role in Birmingham, AL. The candidate will support HR and healthcare processes as the Oracle Fusion implementation goes live, handling access setup and urgent requests.

Responsibilities include guiding users through the transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion, managing buy-side access changes, and ensuring timely ticket routing and approvals while maintaining attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in a customer-support role.
• Experience in HR and healthcare environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage workload and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Willingness to support rapid response times and live-application activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with go-live preparations for Oracle Fusion integration.
• Set up access in the new system and ports of entry.
• Facilitate requests within tight 4-hour windows.
• Support transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion and consolidated buying approvals.
• Create new buyer accounts and reroute ticketing approvals as needed.

One of our clients in the Birmingham Market is looking for a customer support professional that has supported a Human Resources and a healthcare environment. Additional details listed below as to why this person will be needed for the role.

Description

• Getting ready to go live with a new application with Oracle Fusion and it will drastically increase their workload until they can get any automation around it
• This person will need to be ablet o help facilitate these requests in a timely manner
• Some of these requests need to be done in a 4 hour window.
• Setting up access in that application
• Peoplesoft is their portal and they are moving to oracle fusion where everything is in one application versus different applications for different things
• Their supply chain access is coming in through this as well moving from 3-4 buyers to 1 buyer - if that buyer is out they have to go to a corporate buyer but their approvals are changing
• If they reroute their ticketing changes - getting approvals moved to someone else if they come in
• Getting new buyers set up

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
