Responsibilities

• Record, maintain, and report HR information accurately.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records and files.
• Assist payroll processing and Kronos reporting as needed.
• Prepare payroll change notices and monitor leave reports.
• Provide training and support to staff and new employees.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management.
