Job description

KVK Tech is looking for an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team in Newtown, PA.

The HR Coordinator/Recruiter is responsible for supporting all fundamental Human Resources functions as a hands-on representative of the department, while also partnering with the HR team to assist in achieving strategic organizational goals, particularly in the area of recruitment.

This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Perform orientations, onboarding procedures, and ensure accurate and timely updates to new hire records and personnel files.
  • Maintain organized HR filing systems (both digital and paper), including preparing, labeling, and archiving employee documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and direct them appropriately within the department to ensure effective support.
  • Produce and submit regular reports on HR activities and personnel data, supporting compliance and tracking efforts.
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Customer Service, Accounts) to ensure effective interdepartmental coordination on employee matters.
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day employee requests and issues, supporting a positive and well-structured work environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including troubleshooting logistics, coordinating with IT, and managing travel or scheduling needs.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and company policies regarding data integrity, confidentiality, and HR best practices.
