The Farley Center is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Williamsburg, VA campus. This full-time role supports recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, and HR operations in a healthcare environment with a strong emphasis on compliance and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of HR experience, an Associate’s degree in HR or a related field, and solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Onsite work schedule is 8am-4:30pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years’ human resources experience required, preferably in healthcare.
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Working knowledge of The Joint Commission and licensing standards is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits and HR data maintenance.
• Assists with day-to-day HR operations and maintains positive employee relations.
• Updates and manages HRIS records and confidential information.
• Prepares offers and conducts onboarding for new hires.
• Assists with onboarding processes and orientation of new employees.
