Höganäs AB sucht eine engagierte HR-Assistenz zur Unterstützung der HR-Abteilung. Sie bearbeiten administrative HR-Prozesse, unterstützen Recruiting-Aktivitäten, Onboarding und Projekthemen im Personalbereich.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Betriebs-/Sozial-/Rechtsbereich mit, kennen MS Office und idealerweise LOGA. Gute Englischkenntnisse und eigenständige Arbeitsweise runden das Profil ab.
Sie haben erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebs-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften (B.A.) abgeschlossen und konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld sammeln.
Idealerweise beherrschen Sie bereits die allgemeine Personaladministration und verfügen über Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht.
Im Umgang mit MS-Office sind Sie vertraut und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung mit der HR-Software LOGA mit.
Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.
Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
Als Organisationstalent verstehen Sie es, Themen sinnvoll zu priorisieren und mit Eigeninitiative voranzutreiben.
Sie sind ein Teamplayer, kommunikationsstark und denken abteilungsübergreifend.
Ihr Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der gewissenhafte Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen zeichnen Sie für die HR-Arbeit aus.
