Hit the fresh powder near Jackson Hole! Jackson Hole Adventure Center is situated in some of the most beautiful countryside in the United States. While hiking and fishing abound in the warmer summer months, the winter is all about fresh powder. Enthusiasts and beginners flock to the area to enjoy some of the most epic snowmobile country in the world. We offer snowmobile tours & rentals to fit anyone’s need for speed. With over 500 inches of annual snowfall, you won’t be disappointed in your visit to Jackson Hole.

The HR Generalist Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to employees, managers, and the HR community in response to inquiries related to a broad range of HR topics, including HR policy, staffing, benefits, and performance management. The HR Generalist Coordinator III will perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities supporting HR functions, including onboarding, status changes, compensation, and separations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent customer service via phone and online inquiries from employees and managers.
  2. Access and utilize multiple HR systems to resolve inquiries.
  3. Triaging inquiries to assign correct work categories.
  4. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support within myHR or the appropriate COE.
  5. Process transactions by collecting required information or documentation from employees, managers, or HR.
  6. Assist users with navigating the HR Portal and other HR systems.
  7. Perform quality assurance reviews on electronic and manual transactions.
  8. Collaborate with Payroll and other COEs to resolve issues.
  9. Manage workload efficiently to meet SLAs.
  10. Adapt to changing job duties as needed to meet organizational commitments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR concepts and terminology.
  • Effective verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Customer service orientation and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to quickly grasp information and probe effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to stay positive under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
