The role focuses on coordinating interview logistics, communicating with candidates and teams, assisting recruiters with requisitions, postings, and hiring workflows, and maintaining accurate candidate records

Qualifications

• Prior HR, Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordinator experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, and new hire welcome communications.
• Gather and manage interviewer and candidate availability.
• Maintain organization throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support recruiters by helping manage requisitions, interview activity, and hiring workflows.
• Assist with job postings and sourcing efforts as needed.
• Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Partner with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
