Resolut Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, coordinate onboarding, benefit questions, and oversee company events from planning through execution.

Based on-site in Salt Lake City, you will act as the daily HR presence, collaborate with remote HR team members, and ensure confidential handling of employee information while delivering excellent service to staff and candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative coordination, or a related support role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events, manage vendors, coordinate logistics, and communicate clearly with employees.
• Comfortable serving as an on-site point of contact while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Working knowledge of shared calendars and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines, employee questions, and event details simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Support daily HR operations by responding to routine employee questions, coordinating administrative tasks, and following up on requests in collaboration with the Director of HR and HR Generalist.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including first-day welcome, I-9 verification, workspace readiness follow-up, document collection, and employee questions.
• Maintain physical HR files, scan or upload documents, and help keep HR records complete and audit-ready.
• Take full ownership of company event planning, including calendars, budgets, vendors, logistics, communications, day-of execution, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Monitor interview calendars, confirm interviewer availability and attendance, and ensure interviewers have candidate materials, meeting details, and any required preparation in advance.
• Provide on-site support for benefits, offboarding, employee communications, and routine HR questions, escalating issues that require the Generalist or Director.
