Job Description

The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day-to-day field HR activities and ensure the successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business. Supports Human Resources management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Use HR systems to produce reports
  • Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs
  • Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
  • Coordinate the benefits program
  • Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for frontline associates in partnership with management
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
  • Coordinate with third-party administrators for worker’s compensation, FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and leave

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience managing a large employee population preferred
